A coating production line is a complete set of automated industrial equipment designed for surface spraying, coating and curing of metal and non-metal workpieces. It is widely used in hardware, auto parts, aluminum profiles, electrical cabinets and machinery manufacturing industries. Different from manual spraying, the coating production line realizes assembly-line continuous operation, achieving high-efficiency, uniform and high-quality surface finishing.

A standard coating production line consists of five core modules: workpiece pretreatment system, automatic spraying system, powder/paint recovery system, constant-temperature curing system and conveyor transmission system. Each module cooperates with each other to complete the whole process from workpiece cleaning to finished product output.
The working principle is systematic and standardized. First, the pretreatment system removes oil, rust and oxide on the workpiece surface to ensure coating adhesion. Then the automatic spraying system evenly sprays powder or paint on the workpiece surface. The excess coating material is recycled and reused through the recovery system. Finally, the workpiece is sent to the curing oven by the conveyor for high-temperature baking and molding, forming a dense, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion protective coating.
Modern coating production lines support customized configuration according to workpiece size, output demand and coating process, becoming the core equipment for green and intelligent upgrading of industrial surface treatment.
