The specific choice of method often depends on factors such as the geometric dimensions, shape, investment scale, site area, and production volume of the workpiece.
Spray soaking combination is a treatment method that combines spraying and soaking methods. During the processing, the workpiece is first subjected to preliminary treatment by spraying, then soaked in the tank solution, and finally subjected to spray cleaning. This method combines the efficiency of spraying and the comprehensiveness of soaking, allowing all parts of the workpiece to be effectively treated. At the same time, the spray soaking combination also has a high processing speed and a small footprint, so it has been widely used in fields such as the automotive industry that require high pre-treatment requirements.
The full spray method uses a pump to pressurize the liquid into a mist and spray it onto the workpiece to achieve the desired treatment effect. Due to mechanical flushing and liquid renewal during the spraying process, the processing speed is faster and the time is shorter. However, the full spray method may not be effective for processing workpieces with complex geometric shapes, such as the inner cavity, corners, and other areas where liquids are difficult to reach. In addition, the full spray method also has certain limitations in acid pickling and rust removal, which may lead to equipment corrosion and rusting between processes.
Full spray phosphating is prone to forming coarse crystalline branches and low iron content phosphating films, mainly used in powder coating, electrostatic coating, anodic electrophoresis, etc. for household appliances and components.
